Tournament and judges registration are now open for the 2025 regional tournament season!
STEP 1:
Each Head Coach must register their team with National.
Deadline to register: ASAP.
Your team must be registered on the national site prior to registering for a local tournament. This is a NEW requirement this year — this team registration is different from purchasing a membership and registering for a tournament. Instructions were initially shared on November 15th and are copied below for reference. This step must be completed by the Head Coach, not a school administrator or program coordinator.
How to create your team by problem and division
As a Head Coach, you will need your team’s Contact ID Number from the National website to register for a tournament. (This is an 8-digit number starting with a 7.) Your volunteer judges will also need this number to register on behalf of your team.
Once you’ve completed this process, you may proceed with steps 2-4.

Each team must provide two volunteer judges for their tournament. Judges should self register.

Each team must pay a one-time tournament fee of $135.
Deadline to pay: Jan 31.
